The Mauritius Investment Corporation Ltd (MIC) invites tenders for the sale of one (1) motor car on an “as is” basis with the following specifications:

The vehicle has been regularly serviced and maintained at Leal & Co. Ltd

CONDITIONS

1. The vehicles may be viewed during office hours on appointment only (Tel: 2145989).
2. Bids must be accompanied by a banker’s cheque representing 5% of the tender value. The banker’s cheque will be realized and enforced immediately upon acceptance of the offer by the MIC and the amount thereof will be forfeited if the purchase is not finalized within 15 days of acceptance. Cheques accompanying offers which are not accepted will be returned to the unsuccessful tenderers.
3. Tenders in sealed envelope clearly marked “Tender for Car” on the left-hand corner and addressed to the The Chairperson, Tender Committee, should be deposited at the Mauritius Investment Corporation Ltd, Level 5, The Docks 2, United Docks, Business Park, Caudan, Port Louis by 15hrs on 20 December 2024 at latest.
4. Tenders received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
5. Tenders should be valid for a period of 30 days from the closing date.
6. The Mauritius Investment Corporation Ltd does not bind itself to accept any tender received, nor will it assign any reason whatsoever for the rejection of any tender.
7. Staff of the Mauritius Investment Corporation Ltd and their relatives are not allowed to participate in this tender exercise.
