The Mauritius Investment Corporation Ltd (‘MIC’) invites sealed bids from suitably qualified firms for the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of two Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Systems with battery banks and an Isolating Transformer.

1. 1. 1. 1. Prospective bidders are requested to contact ceo.office@mic-ltd.mu by e-mail for obtaining a complete set of the bidding documents. In the request, the prospective bidder will have to disclose the name of the company and that of the requester.
         2. A mandatory site visit shall be held on 16 March 2023 at 11hr00 for prospective bidders to take cognizance of the scope of work and inspect the location where the UPS systems and Isolating Transformer will be installed. Prospective bidders are requested to confirm their attendance  by emailing ceo.office@mic-ltd.mu not later than 14h00 on 15 March 2023.
         3. Bids should be in accordance with the scope of work and comply with the terms and conditions set out in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
         4. Bids in sealed envelopes, clearly marked “RFP – Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Systems and Isolating Transformer” on the left-hand corner and addressed to –

      should be sent to the Mauritius Investment Corporation Ltd (MIC) by 16.00hrs (local time) on  24 March 2023, at latest.

      1. Queries, if any, should be addressed to the Chairperson, Tender Committee at the following email address: ceo.office@mic-ltd.mu by 17 March 2023.
      2. The MIC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding exercise and reject all bids without thereby incurring any liability to any bidder or any obligation to inform bidders of the grounds of its action.
