The Mauritius Investment Corporation Ltd (MIC) is a fully-owned subsidiary of the Bank of Mauritius. Its primary objectives are to support and accelerate the development of Mauritius and build a savings base for the citizens of Mauritius.

The MIC is hereby inviting Corporate Advisory Firms, holding an Investment Adviser (Corporate Finance Advisory) licence, and having proven experience, amongst others, in financial restructuring, capital raising and strategic plans  to submit their proposals to provide assistance on an ‘as and when required basis’, for a period of one year.

Interested firms should provide the following information:

• Name and profile of Corporate Advisory Firm
• Quotes for Advisory Services

The contract will be for a duration of one year (renewable) on a retainer fee basis. The quote should be for a fixed monthly fee.

Mode of Application

Applications should be deposited in sealed envelope marked ‘SERVICES OF CORPORATE FINANCE ADVISORS’ at the Registered Office of the Mauritius Investment Corporation Ltd (MIC), Sir William Newton Street, Port Louis, at latest by Monday 14 June 2021 at 14:00 hours (local time). Applications received after the closing date and time shall be rejected.

The expression of interest has been extended until Friday 18 June 2021 at 14:00 hours (local time).

MIC reserves the right to accept or reject all applications, without incurring any liability towards any Applicant or any obligation to inform any Applicant of the grounds for its decisions. MIC also reserves the right to cancel this exercise.
